Cardona Sifu will show part of his Natural Hand method and Continuous Hand striking, blocking and trapping. This is a set of hand motions involving both hands moving in such a way as to provide a continued strike, block and trap flow that is very fast and powerful. It employs mostly open hand with some punches and includes the use of both straight and circular lines.
